Vertical Firetube Boilers/Heaters

The Precision Vertical Firetube Boilers features the traditional firetube design in the vertical configuration with a variety of power burner. Their simple 4-piece design include many advantages over other vertical configured boilers such as a larger water volumes. These units are available in Hot Water Boilers, Steam Boilers and Domestic Hot Water Heaters

Electric Boilers/Heaters

For more than 50 years, Precision has been providing Electric Hot Water and Steam Boilers as well as Domestic Hot Water heaters. These units are configured for your specific site requirements and range in capacity of 15KW to 4000KW for boiler applications and range from 10KW to 480KW for Hot Water Heater applications. 

Electrode Boilers

The Precision “Model HVJ” electrode boiler is a high voltage jet-type boiler specifically designed for large electric steam and hot water needs. This boiler is offered from 700KW to 50,000KW in a variety of voltages including, 4160V, 6.9KV and 13.2KV. This boiler is ideal for large power, industrial and commercial applications. The boiler can be offered as a hot water boiler through the use of an external heat exchanger.

Unfired Hot Water Generators, Steam Generators and Thermal Storage Systems

Precision offers a wide range of unfired equipment for converting high temperature water to steam and for the thermal storage of water. These systems are ideal for humidification, food preparation, sterilization and simple thermal storage for a variety of applications.

Storage Tanks

Precision’s lined Storage Tanks are available in both vertical and horizontal configurations, 24” to 96” diameters, and 125 to 5500 gallon capacities. Storage tanks can be used in combination with an electric or gas boiler, or some other independent heating source, for storing and/or heating domestic hot water. Larger sizes, higher design pressures, and other customizing are also available from Precision upon request. Precisions storage tanks can be provided unlined or with one of four premium liners including Copper Coat, Nickel, Polymerized Epoxy and Cement.
