TRIAD Boiler Systems began almost 80 years ago to manufacture hot water heaters and hydronic heating convectors. The company soon expanded into the production of hot water boilers for commercial radiant heating applications. Today, TRIAD continues this tradition by manufacturing premium-quality commercial, packaged hot water and steam boilers. These modular units can be fired sequentially, based on heat-load requirements. With the use of commonly recognized, off-the-shelf controls and burners such as Honeywell, Powerflame and Gordon-Piatt, replacement parts are easy to obtain.
TRIAD Hot Water and Steam boilers use a steel firetube design with input ranging from 210MBTU to 1700MBTU per hour. Multiple units can be operated via a control panel to produce many millions of BTU's. All TRIAD models from 600MBTU to 1700MBTU carry an Underwriter's Laboratories ("UL") listing

Vertical Fire Tube

Triad manufactures vertical fire tube boiler in sizes between 210MBH and 1700MBH for both hot water and steam applications. Triad boilers can be used in a modular configuration that can prove to be more efficient than traditional large boilers in many applications. Modular hot water and steam boilers fire-up much quicker than conventional systems, with less loss of heat, better meeting the heat requirement. Available options include gas boilers, oil boilers and duel fuel boilers for virtually any radiant heating need.
Benefits of Modularity TRIAD's elegantly simple design maintains consistent water volume where heat is required.
- Boilers are activated sequentially, drawing water from the main loop into the next hot water boiler until the heating need is meet.
- Firing boilers remaining isolated, so no heated water circulates through cold boilers.
- During most of the year the unfired boilers provide additional backup.
- Outdoor temperatures and loop water temperatures are constantly monitored.
- The efficiency of this design is most apparent during warmer months, when a conventional hydronic or steam boiler could still be operating at full capacity.
